Let’s stage your home

PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy,
plainly stated.

This policy explains what D’Core Home Staging LLC collects through this website, why we use it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

Effective November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to dcorehomestaging.com and related pages operated by D’Core Home Staging LLC (“D’Core,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It covers website inquiries, analytics and the future D’Core online shop. It does not replace the terms of a signed staging agreement.

01 · INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Only what supports the relationship.

Information you provide. When you request a staging proposal or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, role, service interest, property address or neighborhood, target date, project notes and any documents or photographs you choose to send. If you become a client, we also maintain proposals, contracts, invoices, payment status, scheduling information, service history and business communications.

Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, dates and times, and security or diagnostic logs. Google Analytics 4 may collect the additional usage information described below.

Information from other people. If you provide information about a seller, agent, tenant, contractor or other person, you should have permission to share it with us.

02 · HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To respond, coordinate and improve.

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare staging, photography or furniture proposals.
  • Schedule, deliver, support, invoice and document requested services.
  • Communicate about a project, transaction, account or customer-service matter.
  • Maintain site security, prevent spam and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Understand site performance and improve our services when analytics is enabled.
  • Comply with contracts, tax and accounting rules, legal obligations and dispute-resolution needs.
  • Send promotional email only where permitted; recipients may unsubscribe at any time.

03 · WEBSITE FORMS + FORMSUBMIT

How a proposal request reaches us.

Our staging proposal form is delivered by FormSubmit. When you submit the form, the information is transmitted to FormSubmit and emailed to D’Core’s configured inboxes. FormSubmit may also process technical information and use spam-prevention tools, including reCAPTCHA when triggered.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its submission archive for 30 days. D’Core may retain the emailed copy for the periods described below. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, health information, passwords or other sensitive information through the proposal form.

04 · ANALYTICS + COOKIES

Measurement without advertising profiles.

This production website uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”). Google may process pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, referral source, session information and first-party identifiers. GA4 commonly uses _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish users and maintain session state.

We use GA4 to understand aggregate site performance—not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to Google Analytics. We do not currently use Google Ads remarketing or personalized advertising on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before activating those features.

We configure GA4 user-level and event-level retention to 14 months. Google may retain aggregated reports for longer under its own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.

05 · DATA RETENTION

Kept only as long as reasonably needed.

RecordNormal retention
FormSubmit submission archive30 days, according to FormSubmit
Inquiry emails and proposal requests that do not become projectsUp to 24 months after the last interaction
Client contracts, invoices, payment and service recordsGenerally 7 years after the transaction or longer if legally required
GA4 user-level and event-level data14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer
GA4 first-party cookiesUp to 2 years unless deleted or blocked sooner
Security and hosting logsAccording to the provider’s operational and security retention schedule
Future shop order, tax and payment recordsGenerally 7 years after the transaction

We may keep specific records longer when reasonably necessary for an active contract, warranty, payment issue, legal claim, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

06 · WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED

Service providers, not data buyers.

We may share information with providers that help us operate the website and business, such as FormSubmit, website hosting, business email, cloud storage, analytics, accounting, scheduling, payment and professional advisers. They may use information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.

D’Core does not sell personal information and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors.

07 · THE FUTURE D’CORE SHOP

What will change when checkout opens.

The shop currently presents collection previews and furniture inquiries only. It does not yet operate a checkout or collect online payment-card details.

Before ecommerce launches, the shop may collect contact, billing and shipping information; products viewed or ordered; order, delivery, return and support history; and fraud-prevention or transaction information. Full payment-card details will be collected and processed by the selected payment processor, not stored directly by D’Core. Order information may be shared with the commerce platform, payment processor, product suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers, tax providers and customer-support services as needed to complete the order.

Before the first online sale, we will update this policy with the actual commerce, payment and fulfillment providers and add any checkout-specific notices or choices required by law.

08 · YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Access, correction and deletion.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information; receive information about how it is used and disclosed; opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; or appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

D’Core does not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used for California cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future practice requires an opt-out mechanism, we will honor applicable browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by law.

To make a request, email admin@dcorehomestaging.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line or call (619) 304-4502. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Legal exceptions may apply.

09 · SECURITY, CHILDREN + CHANGES

Reasonable safeguards. Clear updates.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission, email system or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for real estate and home-furnishing services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. We may update this policy as the site, analytics, shop or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
